Cemetery Trustees
October 7, 2014
Budget: Now that the mowing season is over, Trustees discussed other projects that might be accomplished this fiscal year. Suggestions:
-spend up to $200 to grind the stump of a recently removed tree in Pineground
-buy 45 linear feet (15 signs at 3’) of 1x6” oak to make replacement cemetery signs
-clear Foster cemetery of trees and brush $600
Trustees decided to buy the lumber and hire Steve’s Quality services to clear Foster cemetery.
Prerkins/Maxfield Cemetery: Gordon Jones has volunteered to fix some of the stones but would like some instruction.
Leavitt: Trustees have received a request from Harry Mattice about a lot that belongs to his mother, Pauline Ricker. Trustees can find no evidence of such a lot.
